Christuraj Shopping Complex

Availing the location convenient for business, few shop rooms were constructed in 1969. Later a bigger shopping complex was constructed in 1995. Initially there were 48 rooms in the ground floor with about 40 partners who have taken rooms on rent for shopping. State bank of Travencore and Catholic Syrian Bank occupied space for their premises in the first (1997) and second (2006) extensions respectively. Further extension projects are being carried out as needs arise . An entire floor (II or III) measuring about 2000.Sq.mt. can be made available in the subsequent extension, a space highly suitable for IT based Institute in the heart of the fast developing Perumbavoor town, facing M C Road and just about 10 kms from Cochin International Airport.

Vimala English Medium school, Perumbavoor inaugurated in 1967 and Vimala Central School, Perumbavoor inaugurated in 2005, are managed by Mary Matha Province, Angamaly of Congregation of the Mother of Carmel (C.M.C).
